I use a unique blend of gentle and compassionate counselling techniques either on their own, or blended with safe, effective hypnotherapy. In doing so I strive to help you let go of what isn't serving you and support you through what you are experiencing... Counselling allows for a supportive environment where you are seen, valued and heard, offering deep explorations or forward focused healing. Hypnotherapy allows for deep, fast relief and transformation while empowering you to be in control of your own life. I specialize in women and coping with stress, sleep disturbances, self- esteem issues, work/school issues, fears, burnout, spirituality, grief, life crises and changes, habits and repetitious behaviours/patterns.
